I wish the demo was outdoors and showed distance.

I tried out the newer Braun version that's 7000 lumens. It's super bright, but the emitter is SO LARGE, that the throw is not as good as you'd think with the focusing adjustment. If you're looking for 500 foot distance with a wide spread, it's a beast! For the amount of light it spits out, you can't find anything comparable for less than 100 bucks. I would consider the battery 10,000 mah, since it's really 2 3.7 volt batteries in series with 5000 mah each. If you used it as a phone charger, that's how it would compare.

On sale at Costco for $23.99 it's 3000 lumens. Got one!

That will take 2 16650 or 28850 batteries. I highly recommend buying 4 batteries and the a/c high speed charger for 4 batteries.

There's no way it actually makes 6000 lumens.

@@Patrik6920this was a horrible video I have one of these lights I first saw my fire chief use one he flipped it on high and it lit up the portion of my field which is 250 yd long we found my deer in no time when we had lost the blood trail at first if you leave it on high power for a while it will keep up that's why the top part is a heatsink still won't want to leave it on for long got a 5,000 milliamp battery so you can charge your phone with it if you want so far absolutely no heat effects on charging it comes with a little cord that I normally just use my phone charger I never charge things and just leave them unless it's outside on a short extension cord try to be around when I charge my stuff phones have been known to explode this flashlight is worth every penny also it's very well-balanced so easy to carry on high makes my 6 Cell Maglite look like it's not even on do preferred use this light at wide-angle if you hold it up chest height you will get the best advantage the focus does work but it takes some getting used to and it first it seems like it's dimmer but it is not it does make it reach out a little farther getting ready to see if I can get a couple more the new 7000-lumen is another twenty bucks but the battery sizes the same I'm not real sure why you're worried about the charging I have headphones with a batteries this large and they charged just fine almost all of my battery banks are at least this big because light strength like we used to have 50,000 candle powers and lumens are somewhat subjective but in no way should you make a judgment on this flashlight by this video

@TylerSnyder305 More for me there almost gone. IM OLD started out with regular bulb flashlights miners lights sealed beam flashlights with 6 volt batteries-in shipboard lights battery-powered shipboard lights still have a good military spot but it requires a plug-in and at least the Jeep I wouldn't run the light long without the car on streamlights,Surefire, flashlights they all have their purpose so far 4 length of battery time and amount of light this one is my pick to carry with me for rescue work or hunting I have high quality tools that have lasted most of my life I have also bought throwaways that when the batteries went bad I pitched the whole unit if you buy Pittsburgh tools at Harbor Freight they may be cheap but they replace them free and I have had nothing but good luck with every flashlight that I have bought there that includes pocket lights headlamps cheap spotlights called work lights I wish they were still selling that came with wall Chargers and car chargers for like $15 because they had phone batteries in them they weren't the best balanced but they work fine for lighting up your half acre lot. I don't go to Harbor Freight for high-quality but it is nice when you find a diamond in the pile
