That one line made me like you even more... "I thought about showing you how I made these sounds but, honestly, I don't remember."
Keep it real, man!
I cannot resist those delicious sounds, and Jon's warm family man kindness. I have to pay for this!
Really beautiful, Jon! My favorite instrument of yours so far. Yes, please make a full blown instrument - - plus it will keep you off the streets and out of trouble... probably. ;-)
Incredible. You've really got your finger on the pulse. Hands down the most tasteful music production content creator ever.
You had me at “pads”
Love the minimal approach. Also, your first Summerville instrument that fits my type of music. With a great price :)
So good. Would love more of these ambient pads. Thanks for the great work you guys are doing.
Nice! It sounds lush. Really beautiful stuff here. I'm looking forward to giving this a spin this weekend. Thank you, sir!
Outstanding - can't believe this is a FREE plug-in. Thank you Jon!
thank you jon, you are the saving grace for us humble poor amateur producers and that encourages me to aspire to make similar contributions
That rubber one was pog
Love it
Brilliant, I loved the first version and used it loads
Alright Alright! Thanks, John, for another beautiful instrument! Oh, nice T-Shirt! ;^)
This is awesome bro. Excited to play with this!
wonderful instrument 🥰
Beautiful sounds. Thank you!
This sounds stunning! Thanks Jon.
This is so great. Thank you!
This is awesome, really excited to give it a go
Awesome... So modern psy fi soundtrack style
Beautiful pads
Sounds great! I just bought it
Thaaaaaanks, Jon!
How did you just convince me to give you some more money in under 15 seconds? (Great synth by the way.)
So cool!
Hi Jon, how much file space does it take, and can the content be on an an external SSD? Sounds beautiful!
Thank you very much for this nice gift, Jon, very inspiring sounds!
My little critic about the plugin itself: Should be great to give us the choice to relocate the samples or instal them where we want. On a mac the 186Mo are hiden in the user library/application support, they would be better on the external drive where all my other sample libraries are.
This is on my to-do list. Windows users can already do this, but it's more difficult to implement with mac installers.
@@BeepBoopAudio Well actualy you can relocate by hand the samples but it's a little bit tricky for the non-proficient user, especialy as the user library is "hidden" in mac os, you've to know how to find it. Maybe you could add a fonction in the plugin itself, not in the installer, to relocate the sample folder after the standard installation.
@@FLH3official I am fully aware of this and agree that "it's a little bit tricky for the non-proficient user" to manually relocate samples. That's why I temporarily set it up this way. I have already considered your suggestion and might go that route. The plan is to update Prototypes to be easy for all users to use without confusion. If you REALLY want to do this right now, you can delete the LinkOSX file at "/Users//Library/Application Support/Somerville Sounds/Prototype Antiquarian Echoes/" and then relaunch the plugin.
@@BeepBoopAudio Thank's for the tip about the LinkOSX file. For now I've kept it "standard" on both of my machines, I still have room on them, but I'm definitely interested by you updated version to come which will be obvioulsy necessary if your young, and cool, company increase its offer .
Where can I find that guitar sampling video?
Did you check his YT page? Lol
@@Brendan-Black yes, Just one minute ago I found the video John was talking about 😅. Thanks 🙏🏻
I added it to the description just now.
@@JonMeyer thanks, Jon🙏🏻
This was precisely the kind of plugin I wanted but had no idea where to find it. There's LOT of plugins that can do pad/atmospheric/cloud kind of sounds. I find a lot of those patches are a little too "prominent" sounding...I wanted something like a magic mist that I could layer my wind-controlled synths above. Floating above the clouds.
This was just a super quick demo I did to see how it would work with the MIDI rotator plugin I use to create chords from single line stuff. It's awesome this is "name your price", I was happy to send you a few dollars for it and would definitely recommend this to anyone.
