hi what is the best strategy in part c listening in 90 second before audio is it;

If I write really itchy as my answer (exactly as spoken in section 2 of Part A), but the answer key only mentions itchy, do I lose marks?
Also, in question 24, the speaker says Diabetes two but I misinterpreted it as Diabetes too. Are such errors excused in the exam?
