Blaine had them both close their eyes, then for some totally needless reason he puts his hands close to the daughter's face and then Jamie's face. This is when he touches Jamie's nose with a finger or a tiny invisible wire between his hands, smaller than a fishing line, that he gets rid of when he turns around to pick up the card off the table. Then he touches the card to the daughter's nose and asks Jamie if he felt anything. Yes, Jamie felt a touch on his nose but it was NOT at the same time the daughter's nose was touched with the playing card. Jamie felt it his nose touch seconds earlier when he had his eyes closed already and Blaine's hands were close to his face, when Blaine touched Jamie's nose with something.
That's what I was thinking. The showmanship was nice enough I didn't notice at first, but after repeat viewings it has to be that.
This "touch" routine is, actually, quite a classic. For someone with basic knowledge of magic, it is really simple to see what he's doing. How he can do with a room full of people, that's the real magic. That's experience.

I like how there was an accidental noise when the card touches the girl's nose 1:06 , so David casually flicks the card in his hands visibly when Jamie opens his eyes - so as to not giveaway (to Jamie Foxx) WHEN the touch happened on the daughter's nose - because it happened so much earlier on Jamie.

I would argue it's the opposite. He is flicking it to draw attention to it, he would have felt the presence of Davids hands near his face prior and then heard the noise on his daughters nose. He then made an association of something on the face, a card flicking, probably the nose.. etc etc... maybe? I'm just riffing.
He touched jamies nose when he did the face thing 0:58 then flicked the card as to prevent jamie from determining when the flick happened on his daughter.

There’s a reason the daughter is already closing her eyes at the start of the video.
With her she could have had the eyes closed for a while before the video starts. During this time he could be doing some “ritual” and hand movements and at any point touched her shoulder. The in person audience is unaware of what the end trick is, so they have no idea what to look for and such a small gesture would go unnoticed and even more so if he adds a little bit of misdirection.
With Jamie, you can see where the nose touch happens. David most likely had an invisible string between his thumbs to scrape his nose so anyone paying close attention would see that his hand never actually touches Jamie. But again to the spectators it’s just a ritual and they probably didn’t even notice anyways.

I love the whole idea of just letting all the focus be on the audience, on people reacting to the magic rather than the magician.

1st trick is suggestion. He basically tells her what to feel and even does it himself.
The 2nd trick is actually touching him on the nose before he did it to the daughter. This way he really did feel it but thinks it wasn't Blaine and the spectators don't know Foxx is referring to the real touch. It covers both bases.
This trick is very obvious to me. On Corinne, David Blaine tapped her shoulder before. When the scene starts, he says “close your eyes”, but she was already with her eyes closed, cause he had asked her to close it before and had already tapped her shoulder, but it was edited out.
On Jamie, the same thing: he scratched his nose with his left hand on 0:59, hiding it with his right hand.
You can see Blaine by the way he speaks, always is making sure everyone is looking at his eyes the whole time, because if they start to look at his hands closely and constantly the'll figure out most of his tricks.
He's very good, obviously.

yup, it's all about suggestion through senses, 1'14-1'17 after scratching the nose of the daughter that is almost at same level as fox's ears, he kept flickin the card while askin what did u feel. Takes some mind mastering through senses though and a very poised attitude, and importantly a reputation preceding you like this guy is MAGICAL!
maybe right after she closed her eyes, he touched her shoulder without being noticed, and then video started, he stood away from her and said close her eyes again.

He attaches the string to her shoulder(it's sort of like a glue, basically sticks to anything if you just make contact with it) in the first part and for the second part he tied the string in between his thumb with the first finger and brought his hands near jamie before moving onto the card on his gf.

no he is touching the person with the closed eyes before he touches the other then when he has the person open their eyes he only asks did you feel something Not WHEN did you feel it. You can't see it on the first one because of where they stat the video but on the second when he has his eyes closed when he brings both hands up near his face when his eyes are already closed he lightly touches his nose with the thumb of his left hand .

I think the first trick is explained by David's explanation when he asks Corrine to open her eyes and he says "I just saw that you..." and then he mimics a shoulder movement to convey a shoulder touch. So when Corrine opens her eyes and gets this explanation, she almost gets this subliminal message of a shoulder touch when she knows something was done to her father.
Also in the second trick, I think the sound of the card flick is important to the nose and when David is flicking the card when Jamie is told to explain what happened. Also, like everyone says, there was movement on his nose when closing his eyes to provide a level of sensation on his nose already.
Look on youtube. The first one I'm not sure but the second one is an invisible elastic band he puts in between his two hands and touches him with at 1:00
David touches Jaime's nose while checking to make sure his eyes are closed. He just conceals it from everyone. That's the touch Jaime is speaking of.
The girl knows the trick, she is helping David... Jamie and his friends are the audience of the trick.

David is playing with timing, basically he discretely touches the person with the eyes closed first (quick hands wave over the face), and **later** he does a similar movement with the other person but makes sure everybody is watching. In the end everybody assumes the touch happened at the same time (it of course didn't). Obviously you need the first person to have the eyes closed otherwise she could clearly notice he touched her first and then the other participant.
I hope that was clear, it's not easy to explain it with text.
