Doors and no step shower great idea. Im sometimes rendered disabled from autoimmune and blood clotting disorder. So I pay attention to all details for all seasons of life including months diwn from my active life.
Was the first home build that way in the area. Got lots of flak first but now others see the value of no steps in all areas is a blessing as we get older and need to adjust our life styles
@@nicaraguabienesraices exactly! I'm a mom, but I'm no spring chicken!!! Lol I started verry late. Was traveling and enjoying life with no husband. Haha! Definately a benefit to have on sale points. I think many people there are very close family units that care for each other and many not used to culture of nations that put parents in home first chance thet get. It's foreign in most lain american nations. I love the family values.

Do immigrants need to buy cash or are they eligible for mortgage? If eligible for mortgage, are the rates fixed and at what % typically? Like is it comparable to US rates?

Patricia yes sold we do have a lot for sale 40K, to build in current market it will cost close to 100K plus lot. We can find you a lower cost lot with better views and cooler, its in Diria area..... 20 min Granada, We are building in that area, starting in a few months.
