guys the dior blush is so not worth it for 40 dollars 😭 there're so many other blushes that are much more affordable and are much better!

The essence blush is literally the Sam but 35 dollars cheaper
I tried it out in store, and it was so dry and barely pigmented 😭

Not even close and you can find the same formula and shades if not better for a fraction of the price. Ioni at the dollar store rivals Dior, Hourglass, Pat McGrath, Laura M, Charlotte and is a little over a buck (reason for it going viral.) Can we also point out a lot of Dior’s packaging is the very same that Avon uses for their quad shadows etc.

@@halim8289 you must’ve done something wrong because for 99% of the population it was smooth and long lasting, it being too pigmented isn’t a bad thing

DUDE i’m obsessed with the rem beauty lip and cheek! i do musical theatre and used it for blush and lipstick in a recent show and absolutely LOVED it!
How about the staying power?
@@andreayates2866 it has amazing staying power! though it’s certainly not completely smudge-proof, i drink a lot of water during shows and didn’t have to reapply once

Laura Mercier is sooo underrated overall on all her products. Insanely beautiful those blushes.
I LOVE the Laura Mercier blushes so much as my favorite powder formula since it is so lightweight and buildable. I like liquid products more right now, but I think a powder blush and bronzer is the most flattering formula for those products

Essence Blush Up has a beautiful pink and coral shades dupes for those Dior. They come in a square see through plastic case. Save d’ money. 😅

Bareminerals blonzer is so underrated. Kiss of Pink is gooooorgeous and my favourite blush of all time. I apply it with very light pats instead of swipes, it's so pigmented that that's enough!

@@SocialExperiment232 since they are very pigmented you are supposed to use a very small bit and the bottle will last long. I don’t know how long it lasts after you put it on but I will see

Lots of gorgeous products here but I gotta admit, I was a kinda shocked that the Dior somehow made it's way onto this best of list. Just by looking at it still in the pan, it doesn't look very promising.
The pigmentation is pitiful and actually reminds me of what you'd expect to find in blush from one of those little makeup sets for little girls.
And once it's applied to the skin, it looks so dry and chalky. I really can't see it looking good on anyone's skin tone
also saie dew liquid blush saved my LIFE!!! its like the rare beauty blush but slightly thicker!! recommend it so much its amazing

Have you tried the pixi blush stick? I love it so much. The packaging said it’s a hydrating blush which it totally is! Blends out easy and nice and I feel like you would like it!
My favorite blush would have to be milani I like to branch out and this one just showed a great shade on my skin bcs I'm not very good with a lot of pinks or deep blending

Try the Milani Blushes, they’re amazing. Also Revlon has a dupe for the Dior pink blush, very similar. The Almay blushes are dupes to the Patrik Ta ones.

Please don't underestimate drugstore makeup! I love makeup so much but I'm on a budget as well and I never purchase any of these big names, but I assure you that the drugstore has ALWAYS products at the same level of high-end. Elf, Milani, Maybelline, NYX, and L'Oreal all have incredible products (Profusion is amazing for cheap incredible eyeshadow palettes, and Elf also has 4 shades bites of mini palettes that are amazing)

Honest beauty specifically cream blushes need to be included as well as Flower (liquid creams and powders) and Moira. Flower in the warm hibiscus is like the bare minerals that have that pigment, warmth and sheen without having microshimmer noticeable on the cheeks that makes you look like your toddler put their play makeup on you for funsies. Nowadays there is no reason to use microshimmer for that slight sheen to the skin. Brands have perfected getting the most beautiful sheen without it and you don’t need to pay an arm and a leg for it either.

The Dior blushes are good... if you have fair or light skin. I am Latina, and I know my brown and black sisters don't like them either since they barely show on our skin. 🤷🏻♀️
