Kuthiravaali arisi (barnyard millet) -200gms
Kambu ( pearl millet) - 200 gms
Quinoa - 200 gms
Solam (Sorgum) - 200 gms
thinai ( Foxtail millet) - 200 gms
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Chutney:
Peanut - 1/2 cup
Daria - 1/2 cup
Red chilli - 5 nos
Garlic - 2
Tamarind
Curry leaves
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds
