High end. Rental probably 80-100k baht a month. Not sure about purchase price. Sweet apartment!

My apologies. I have to work on the music and sound balance for the next video. The area is Bang Na. Is on the Sukhumvit line heading to Kheha. I am about 6 stops from Ekkamai. It's not in the hustle and bustle of things but close enough if I want to go that way. 🙂

Beautiful, layout, Jay - love the space in your condo unit. Did you say you purchased the entire structure if I heard your right? Would definitely rent here. I own a lot in the states at present giving my senior dog and I the best quality of life. Definitely planning for Bangkok -thanks for sharing another great video 🙏🏻

I am no stranger to real estate and have more home and land now and in the past than things and when I arrive in Bangkok will be seeking spacious condo to rent initially preferably with a tub included. Also a condo near transportation. I receive healthy pension yet will be looking for a landlord/landlady that is going to be a good fit. 🙏🏻
