Not really. Botox block certain chemical signals from nerves that cause muscles to contract. Even if the effects wear off completely, he still has the other surgeries. Worst of all, he could die in the procedure as so many have.

To my eye Simon would have looked much better aging naturally. Men's faces seem to acquire more character as they age and wrinkle, but that does not necessarily make them look bad. Many men still remain quite handsome. For instance Clint Eastwood has remained handsome for so long & I don't believe he had ever had any work done.
