The honor guard did not look sharp. appeared tired, and their clothes looked worn. The Philippine president and his wife seemed very cordial and polite.
I remember Michael Qseng talking with him on the phone on the radio, 93FM-Q. Asking him why he was named Bong Bong. This was in the mid-80s, when his father was holed up in Hawaii probably not all that far from where I was hearing it. Good times.

Restore power, remove the debris: ask the Japanese and Filipinos for help to hurry up and let people go home for the holidays. They have already suffered too much
They’re going by zone. The county will announce which zone residents may go back to retrieve what is left but before so they would need to get permit both renters and owners with PPE will be provided.
