Hello Richard. I still love your painting so much and I never tire of watching you work. As for the gumtrees, they are incredible trees: they really have a lot of character and I find that they have something human about them. Some seem very old, rooted forever in their land, at all costs, despite the time that continues to torture them. In front of them, this little purple flower, isolated, fragile and résistant at the same time, seems very ephemeral, but shows all the diversity, beauty and résilience of nature. Thank you for sharing these extra footage with us. Have a good week.
Hi Richard, thank you so much for showing the process of creating this wonderful painting once again. I still love it, the gorgeous landscape with the unique gum trees full of character and the masterfully placed beautiful colors, separating areas of light and shadow. - I wish you good health, and be blessed. 👋👍🤠🧡
Richard I am amazed with the huge canvas and you are painting live capturing the majestic gum trees in all their majesty for us to view: your artistry is wonderful. Thank you so much. From your Scottish fan.
Oh yeah! Now that’s what I’m talking about. You always get those colors popping. Nice work as usual. I’m heading out to the mountains today, gonna break out the paint and do a few small pieces. It’s been a long time since I painted outside. Watching this really inspires me. God bless Richard!
You are awesome, your production efficiency is too high, each film will always give us the feeling of a blockbuster, I like the large oil paintings you draw, it is really spectacular, I like this feeling, as you said, you like it, so you are not afraid of hard work! Thumbs up for you!
As always Richard , its a privilege to be able to watch a great Australian landscape artist work. The video of the Red Gums, phew. . I have no words. Just love of them. also how old is that tree at 32:27 How many floods has it seen?
Those gum trees are so gorgeous Richard, you enhance them with all the highlights, shades and beautiful colors! You make the whole scenery sparkel! I think the darker foliage gives a nice balance and it is interesting how you created shadows on the trees with the edge of the knife! Your videos are so enjoyable and inspireing!
Looks great. All these beautiful Trees around there...they got so much Character. These Two look almost as if they're having a Chat. You really captured the glow of the Light on the Trunks.👍
G'day mate, great to see you once again with the unedited version. Always willing to watch a second time, there is much to gain from it. The first time is to enjoy, the second to learn. Your enthusiasm and optimism is infectious and a great way to start the week. Gum trees are an artist's delight, simplistic to the casual observer but detailed with tone and colour. Look forward to the next journey you take, the next masterpiece you create. Cheers, Rich.
Great painting, do you have to watch out for crocodiles or spiders or snakes? I have been meaning to ask for a while, finally remembered to ask, great work great perspective, and great style unique to you ! master of the pallet knife !
Richard, on a daily basis, is it just the case of which HAT your hand happens to grab a hold of as you arde dashing out of the door? Some days, as in this video, you have on a 'beat up' old favourite, when on other days, it seems that you are wearing a 'Sunday Best', for what might well be doing a 'dirty job'. Owning more hats than tubes of paint, can, I know, present problems of choice!!
