Original soundtrack to the interactive novel ESC by Radical Dreamland.
This album is intended primarily for accompanying the reading experience it scores, but has been arranged to approximate the narrative arc of the game.
ESC is an interactive novel about identity, roleplay, and dreams.
Enter the memories of Raine as she explores the text-based world of VerdaMUCK, a simulation of the old network within the vast cerebrally-interconnected network of the near future. Meanwhile, a mysterious individual known only as The Navigator exposes the truths of the Cerenet as a conspiracy-in-the-making begins to unfold.

I just wanna say this. And I can't think of anywhere else to say it other than here. If you do see this and read this, I'd be so grateful for that chance to have come by the window to greet me.
I first stumbled upon your music by playing Minecraft again and listening to your beautiful tracks from Caves And Cliffs and The Wild Update. It didn't faze me knowing C418 has left the mantle composing music for Minecraft, but when it's your music, you're grasping his mantle amazingly and I love it. Every time I played Minecraft, I always felt so relaxed and happy playing along while listening to your tracks. Your music has always been a help to me studying in class and you've influenced me to start doing remixes and covers more often in my junior year. Right now I'm in my senior year listening to this album and it's beautiful. Especially Belonging. That one always hits home for me. I'm hoping to try the game one day because it seems interesting to me.
But Minecraft wasn't the spot where I first heard your music. I didn't realize that Celeste was another first album that got me into your music too. That game has influenced me to changing and overcoming my past mistakes no matter how much it stinged for me. I struggled with depression at that time and was constantly on edge because of my fear of everything falling apart because of me.
Your music taught me and influenced me so much in my life, that I always cherish every moment I have because even if it will go away, I'll have to enjoy the stay, nonetheless. Or else I won't have anything good to remember from that.
I hope you go beyond what you have, because your music should be recognized a farther distance than that. Your tracks in many obscure games are underrated and it inspires me more to play them and keep in mind to get physical CDs of your tracks. Please keep up the good work, because you're amazing with what you do, Lena.
Perception Shift is such a fantastic track, and you used it so damn well. Definitely my favourite moment from the game that had me going "wait, what?!"

That is what I love about it too, her latest piece "Otherside" is just amazing, everytime I hear it whilst playing Minecraft or even when I'm not playing the game I instantly feel destressed and I feel like I can be in my survival world on MC.
I've only been listening to this for about five minutes and the vibe I'm getting from these songs is "oddly calming yet extremely unsettling." I may be inclined to buy this game
I got it when it was free and I thought it was quite engaging. It was longer than I expected and it had a good ending. I suggest you look into it
Lena I'm here because of the nether music almost nobody can live up to C418's soundtrack but you have, you made great music for the nether and will make a lot of people uneasy in the nether for a while thank you!

Actually such a good composer. Hit it out of the park with celeste, completely underappreciated in 1.16 (i know everyone is talking about pigstep but the biome ambient themes are gorgeous), and oh my god esc is amazing!
Thank you all for providing so much entertainment to me during my high school years. All of the music, how to, life videos, just talking about problems, etc. It has all been a great help to keep my mind off the horrible things that are happening on the outside. Can’t imagine what I would have done without you all there distracting. I wish I could repay you all but I am just a sad jobless teenager. But now, I’m going to college to hopefully train, get a real job, and then hopefully pay it all back; somehow. For now the best that I can do is just say thank you for now and know that I hope you never stop making awesome content. I hope that youtube doesn’t screw you over too much this day and age. Look forward to bringing your content along with me to college as well. And thank you once again for keeping my mind off all the horrible things that are happening these days. Really has kept me sane all these years. Thank you all so much.
I'm buying the game in a few days... I've listened to this album a few times over, and I can easily say your music captures emotions so well. I know a lot of people here are just here after you made the new Nether music, but as someone who's been here since Celeste, your music has helped me through some of my darkest times. Thank you, for all that you do.
Am I late to see this? Yes, and it doesn't matter. After playing Celeste earlier this year and absolutely loving the music for how wonderful it was, I had to see this and I must say throughout all your albums you hold a great atmosphere that always gets me hooked. Knowing how great you do with all these albums and the music in Celeste, I say it's just amazing and well deserved that you get to incorporate a brand new feeling to the Nether of Minecraft, a part of the game that felt rather empty in my eyes until the latest update.

During chapter 11 as soon as perception shift started I immediately knew who was talking. Although I was still pretty shocked nonetheless.

Well i dont think like others for the pigstep.. the start is like a alarm something happening or happened then the dubstep part starts but if u remove the dubsteps just the main song it feels like little bit dark and sad. Maybe its just me but there is a really big story in this music disc
