Brother we have granite industry with apfc panel but pf is not maintaining with in range .person who design panel saying due to motors of machines shutting on and off frequently so pf will not maintain..is it right.please help us

Hai i have one small doubt , capacitors and capacitor banks are same or different? If same the capacitor unit is FARAD why we take units in terms of reactive (KVAR) otherwise please explain in detail .....
