Loma is a man like no other. Just an effing warrior, man. And good Lord he is SO easy on the eyes, which is the icing on the cake.
The mental training is key! I've done this since I was 16 fighting. Being able to have a sharp mind when your body is exhausted and train that way can make you seem inhuman when it comes to your reaction time. Just like clothing styles repeat, fighting styles recycle after years to adjust to "new" methods.

Lomachenko's English is getting better all the time, but it's pointless to interview him in that rapid-fire way - even if he had the good grace and courtesy to answer in English. It's typical of someone from an English-speaking nation to be so arrogant and not take the knowledge and the language level of the interviewee into account by speaking more slowly and using simpler sentence structures. For instance, why use the word "exhausted" (pronounced very quickly and almost unintelligbly) when "very tired" is more likely to be understood?

English is not even her first language. So she is using her second language to talk to someone that is using his second language and both of their first language is different.
