  • Hello! Today I am going to show you how to quickly and easily change the rear tire of a KTM 390 Duke with a few simple tools and accessories. Instead of paying a shop or having a mechanic come to you to do all of the work,(paying for tire mount is understandable, that's what I did in this case) why not learn how to maintain your machine little by little! I hope you find this video helpful , please like and subscribe if you would like to see more content!

    Excelente. Justo lo que necesitaba… sin el cambio de cubierta (acá en argentina las emparchamos)

    If you look closely at 4:12 and on, you’ll see when It changes to the fresh tire, the bearing spacer is gone. I ended up damaging my swing arm because I didn’t notice it, live and learn.

    you dont need to loosen your chain (when you get out the axle just push wheel to front of motorcycle and then get out the chain) and to remove brake pads-they are not a big problem when you puting on a wheel

      It’s easier for me to just undo all that so I’m not fighting with it at the end

    Hi Matthew, quick question: Your bobbins have a size, because I tried to get them and there are 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm.

    I did the same thing but my new tire didn't pop onto the rim. I sat there for hours and the old tire didn't move. This was a misleading title. It shows everything EXCEPT the tire change. That part was magic.

    You don’t need to remove anything from the breaks just the big bolt and ones on the side and it’ll come off

      Take it to a shop have them mount and balance it , removing the tire yourself will save you some money

      Depends on how you ride , If you’re rough and do burnouts occasionally be ready to change it at 5 thousand miles

    • @jakedeadmon1183
      @jakedeadmon1183 Před 3 lety +1

      Hard to read upside down but it's a 150, which is what comes on it for looks but 140 is correct tire for that rim, I have one w/ olins/andreani/magura/ michelin pilot cup evo tires, live in nc mountains on a twisty road
