false, this is not rare, there's a lot of people working themselves on their tracks, but of course if you have a team of several people working on different aspects of the song there are more chances the track is actually going to become famous, look at doja cat's songs and how many people work on them, it's the result of all the producers if her tracks are THAT beautiful. In most cases an artist writing a song and doing it all alone end up in the track not being as good as it could be if there were more people working on it, sure there are cases, but it's rare

More 4th gen groups are doing so. Several idols from all gens does their own music and concept esp when their companies let them. E.g. ACE, Dreamcatcher, ATEEZ, Cravity, Alexa, etc. They participate in making music, concepts, and choreo. A lot of them probably look up to CL and her generation of artists. No need to pit them against each other.
