TEVAR for complicated acute type B dissection with malperfusion

    This patient presents with an acute type B aortic dissection (ABAD) and malperfusion in his fifth or sixth decade of life, with a history of hypertension and an acute moment of chest pain and left leg pain. He then develops associated abdominal pain and persistent left leg pain with diminishing sensation and movement. A thoracic endovascular repair (TEVAR) was performed.
