It is a very quick video of the software I have used, the features and the elements may not be in detail if you are new to these app.

Hi.. there are many other apps, but this one is the Moment cam is a better option.. if u know photoshop you can use the cartoon faces created in this app and edit woth traditional attires .. (u can download free samples of traditional caricatures ..just the face will be replaced in the traditional attire, hair will remain the same) .. i have done many like that..I will post a video soon on that
