I live in Metro Detroit (10 min drive and I’m in the hood hood) and I can say as long as you got common sense you’re perfectly safe. Don’t go to gas stations late at night, dont stare or even make eye contact with shady people, dont sit in your car anywhere but downtown, and if you see any sort of argument/big group of dudes just gtfo asap. Lmao I had to do some landscaping in the hood and I pulled up to this family dollar, across the street at the gas station I shit you not ab 150 dudes shootin dice and chillin filmin a music video. Needless to say I did that shit quick as fuck and left. They wont fuck with you if you aren’t fucking with them, but don’t give them any sort of opportunity 😂
