You can swap a 2017 panel with a 2014 one and the wheel? Do you need any other work on it? Liks coding or somthin?

You need to set mileage to 0 if the cluster is used and after that install it and synchronize it with Ignition switch by using Vediamo or DTS Monaco software. A correction of the variant coding might be needed as well.
