I just started 3 days ago and I am sooo tired when I'm back but in middle school I was never tired, got all a's, did tons of ecs, music, and multiple sports all throughout middle school but somehow Im tired after 3 days of hs where I didn't learn anything? Is it just that I'm using a lot of energy at school since I just started and I'm new to everything?
Yes it is definitely very different. I think it is important to take some time adjusting. The change is sudden but with time, it will hopefully get better. You also need to explore with different study methods :)

I get sm sleep at night so far and in middle school I got like 4 and I'd be fine like what is happening?
