Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry

Tomato -1/2 cup

Garlic cloves - 12
Ginger - 2 inch
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Green chilli -2
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
