For the hockey one that had the weird puck bounce I believe the ice had a bump and the boards had a sliver, this stuff does happen more often than what people think.

For those that aren't too fimiliar with Ice Hockey the clip starting at 6:08 goes like this: The puck is shot around the glass. The puck hits the gap or the thing holding the two pieces of glass together in a weird angle making the puck bounce back into the play and in this situation into the goal (normally the puck would go nicely around the glass). Not too rare but it is rather rare for it to bounce straight into the goal.
