Update on washer

If you follow me on TikTok, you already know the story, but I’ll share it here. Mr Jenn fixed the LG so I can do laundry in the meantime. Saturday I received and email at 6:10am confirming my delivery at 6:50am. They literally emailed me 40 minutes before delivery (which I didn’t receive because I was sleeping). They showed up at my house and knocked on my garage door (confirmed by my cameras) and not my actual door, so I didn’t hear any knocking. I woke up to the email and a phone number to call. I called the number and it connected me to the delivery driver who said I could meet them at their next stop to pick up the speed queen. I drove all the way over there and they weren’t there. I tried calling them several times and they blocked my number. I called the ABC store and they said online orders are separate than in store so I have to contact online support for any help. Online help is only available M-F. Needless to say there is nothing I can do about the speedqueen delivery until Monday.
