My DPI is set to 800. My ADS is at - Horizontal / Vertical = 10
Advanced.:
1.0x = 36
2.5x = 55
3.5x = 73
5.0x = 81
12.0 = 101
These are my entire ADS settings.

FOV settings don't matter since the new season because everyone now has the same FOV
