@@TheBuildingphase The most distressing aspect of construction in Liberia is the poor quality of building and the exorbitant costs associated with it. I have been following the channel and I am impressed by the expertise demonstrated in the breakdown of material costs and workmanship. Look at this house in this video for less than $50,000 so far. If this was in Liberia, at that stage, it will be more than $120,000
