The Saab 9-3 is a rare specimen on today's roads. Very good Fiat 1.9 engines (jtd / cdti / TiD) and the Japanese Aisin TF40 gearbox are a successful pair. Fantastic performance and handling. Although it is a Vectra C floor plate, it drives much better (different wheelbase). Interesting accessories in the interior and unique design. A lot of aviation accents referring to the history of the brand. A small minus for the quality of the interior, which is a bit plastic, and advanced solutions that make diagnostics difficult - optical fibers. A very nice alternative to boring Opel or Fiat. As the brand is quite rare, people are afraid to buy, hence the low price on the secondary market. I recommend!

Is it me, or in 2nd and 3th, the grip of the engine is not hard, but a little « blur »?
Like it’s made to more smooth when you drive, and we see that with the level of the engine, growing up, and down, and after changing the gear

Between 2200-2600 i think.
No way, i have that one - at 140 km/h it has 2k rpm in 6th gear

How come no turbo gauge?
Maybe it's avaliable only in gasoline version, not 1.9ttid (diesel). I don't know - I only test cars :)

@@PresidentDrive Excellent! Can that Saab 1.9 Diesel ⛽ engine be tuned with BSR, Hirsch or Maptun stage tuning to increase the horsepower?
I know the petrol version can but was wondering if the Diesel was possible
Every diesel could be tunned, maybe You gain 20-40KM from oryginal 150KM. But... in Saab You have also 1.9TTiD version wich have biturbo - it has orygnally 180KM :)
