How to Make a Tasmanian Sling Cocktail | 7K Distillery

Show your love for Tasmania with this delicious summer cocktail that features two of our gins!
To make a Tasmanian Sling, you'll need:
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 45ml 7K Tasmanian Modern Gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 30ml orange liqueur
- 20ml 7K Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
- mint leaves for garnish
- slice of pineapple for garnish
Add pineapple juice, Tasmanian Modern Gin (but not the Raspberry Gin yet!), lime juice and orange liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Give it a good shake and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice.
Pour the Tasmanian Raspberry Gin over the top of the cocktail. Garnish with some mint leaves and a thin slice of pineapple. Sit back, sip, and enjoy your sling!
