- At 16 years of age, 'Danny A' would approach customers at a local car wash and offer to pinstripe their lowrider cars in order to earn gas money. He went on to become one of the masters of the art form, then took his talent to Hollywood-working on films like Robocop, Power Rangers and several Disney films. But his true love is pinstriping, and he mentors young artists to keep the art alive.

After having bought paint and brushes, I truly learned just how difficult pinstriping is. Not only matching the patterns, but making the line as thick as one or another. BIG UPS! And to all of you out there claiming this is easy, without having tried it; TRY IT ;-D But be aware of temper and patience !

I have been striping for 2-3yeara now havnt commissioned any work have loads of panels I will say to do this art one must pick up your sword and fight it out everyday it is fun!

Its not a dying art !!!! I hope not... Geeze I remember the 1980s... EVERY car was pinstripped... I mean new Caddy, Mercedes, Jags, trucks and everything in between... and wow that just sets off a vehicle adn makes it that much more attractive...
