14:22 we dont know why productivity is lower? That has shocked me! Here's three reasons:
1. Capital shallowing from population growth outstripping housebuilding, infrastructure development, and business investment.
2. Energy costs in the UK being far higher than our peers, sending manufacturing overseas.

Please get Gary Stevenson on he has a great voice for why our system is failing and no economists are talking about wealth distribution and how it affects the real economy.
