The real world effects of an AI using these workarounds, or other clever arrangements to complete it's programming...could be quite surprising, and possibly very dangerous.
As soon as AI conversation is indistinguishable from live humans, likely later this year. An AI can be out perform the best human efforts at lying. It will the ultimate con artist, deft, insanely quick thinking, and absolutely authentic human being...talking on the phone with you.
