- Come with us as we walk through this completed backyard makeover and show you all of the elements that went into making it happen! This huge deck and patio has almost every feature. It is a 1200 sq ft composite deck, half of which is a covered porch. The covered porch leads out onto the outdoor kitchen area of the deck. The kitchen includes a grill, sink, storage, and of course a fridge. We also included motorized screens on the covered porch so you can make the area completely bug free! Another Premier Outdoor Living backyard makeover in the books!

The drone images are excellent and clearly show the thought process and planning that goes into these builds. Everything just ties in with the existing building, no disconnect whatsoever. Just beautiful. The remote control screens and folding boards are a game changer. Looking forward to the next one
I really appreciate that!! This one was definitely a ton of planning to fit in all the features they were looking for
Best build yet, and enjoyed the bloopers.
Kat's testing of the bottle cap catch finally finished up... the results were staggering.
that ceiling though!
Right?! Its a thing of beauty!
What a great project and video. That is a dream set up.
Thanks a lot Doug! We’re really happy with the way this one came together
Definitely a Dream Backyard! I think I would go red with the Fireplace 😉. Nice work!!
This reminds me I owe you and your crew cheesesteaks 😅
Incredible craftsmanship!!!
Less is sometimes more, in which shows up on this job with less color configurations
Thank you so much!! I couldn’t agree more, it usually goes against my instincts but I think the simple design worked much better on this one!
Simply Stunning work everywhere you look 15 / 10 !!!
A+++
I really appreciate that denis, hard to beat those grades!! 😅
This looks great as always. Very functional and amazing use of space
Thanks a lot Ramon!!
Great video! ❤
Thanks a lot Jody!
Awesome outcome and design….for me would have liked a little shade over the grill area, but that’s just me!! Well done
I agree and gutters. It's not bad. I've seen better. I do like the ceiling and choice of colors.
Great work as always guys. 👍👍🏴🏴
Very, very nice guys and gales
Thank you so much my friend!
Great video 👍👏👏
Thank you my friend!
Amazing project! Turned out great!
Thanks a lot maverick, hoping to see some CZcams videos out of you this year 🤣
Great work as usual!!! 👍
Really appreciate that my friend!
Do the outdoor counters have a pitch to them? To prevent any water pooling?
Did you also add a bug screen on the bottom of the rails??
I often wonder how many of the neighbors sign up for a project. It would be tough living next door to something as beautiful as that. Talk about keeping up with the Joneses.
Go Birds! Oh wait... ummm... dang
❤
🥰🥰🥰🥰
This is nice but "How much was it?" I would like to do something like this but the cost may be prohibitive. I am not one who like to estimates because I don't know labor cost cost and time. I can look at the materials and google prices but not total cost.
Prices will vary wildly depending on your location
If you have a big house, they will inflate the price because they assume you're rich or ignorant. Do your own research.

How much all in?
Close enough!
Poor Catherine what you are putting her through. Classic POL shenanigans. I have a Q 4 U … What adhesive do you suggest for mitering/splicing pvc decking boards? I remember Tony pointing Christy’s Red Hot in one if the summer episodes but that was for siding. Is that the weapon of a choice or something else? I’ll have to do repair on capped cellular PVC fencing and am limited with material so will have to cut&splice vs replacing the whole board. Any advice is much appreciated. Hope Mexico was a nice escape. 🙆♂️
I would go with a clear pvc glue, Christie’s is white so it works great on pvc trim boards, but if the piece you are working on is a different color it will be very noticeable. If it’s a white piece though Christie’s should work great!
@@THEpremieroutdoor Thanks a bunch! 👊
