Did this fix the issue? I have a 2020 that I've been dealing with the same issue. I haven't tried the cleaners you did, but so far the ones I have tried haven't worked. If those worked for you, I'll give them a try.
They helped - but the smell never went totally away. There was some thought that it was the rubber molding that smelled. The truck was given back to Nissan - not sure what ever happened with it.
