Groomer here, yes they do cats tend to miss a lot of spots and older cats or cats with long fur tend to miss even more spots and they needs a bath maybe at least once a month to keep a fresh clean coat and to also prevent matting which brushing also helps but also remember sometimes cats can gat smelly or they just get into a mess where they need a bath

Awesome but I’d recommend not using those buckles on pets. From what I’ve learned they nearly always come off or the get them off. Even in the house. The plastic release buckles are actually much better and haven’t come off yet.
