    Hey Hansen. Thanks for the Brz Vids. I'm 40 and noticed I was getting a little bigger. I started working on my weight a year ago. I started doing 100 pushups a day. Then progressed to adding a 5 minute ab routine as well. Then I started skipping rope. That made the biggest change. Yes skipping rope! Try skipping rope. Do 1 min at day and build up the endurance. Skipping with a better diet is what works for me. I skip 15 to 20 mins a day. It doesn't have to all at once. 5 mins on a break. 5 mins at lunch. 5mins before dinner etc. Doesnt take time out of your day. Give it a try!

      This is a fantastic tip. My workout routine is currently shoveling dirt lol. But I want to integrate your suggestions very shortly. Pushups, ab work, skipping will work nicely because I’ll save time working out at home rather than going to the gym.

    I hopped on your channel while searching info on the GoPro 7.. and found that you're an auto guy too, so now I've been watching some of your autocross stuff. (I also autocoss and am planning to buy a new car in the spring and want to start putting some stuff on CZcams that is auto and garage related.) As far as weight loss goes... slow drops in weight are always the best. A couple years ago I started Crossfit in order to drop weight and improve overall fitness for some work related training... I went from 197 to 160 in about six months and got into the best shape of my life... Crossfit isn't for everyone, but it sure worked for me.. that and not eating like a moron. Good luck on your channel, and your fitness goals. I'll keep watching.

      Good stuff man and thank you for watching. Many more autox things to come on this channel but with our new project car, the Volvo S60R. (Currently selling the BRZ if you’re interested :))
      As for losing weight, still sticking with it. Currently doing a Keto diet and have been consistently dropping about a pound per week. Did CrossFit before but I’m currently focusing on diet solely.

    Tip 6 avoid the water on the track, good luck with the weight loss, just eat breakfast, don't skip it, and lite dinner , try small plates, and remember, you will feel hungry for 25 minutes , so eat lite and just wait, you will not feel hungry after 25 minutes, good luck!!

    Weight loss is as stupid as it gets. Its not a problem. just eat less 😂
