You have a wrong setting in your graphcis setting, your colors are all washed, it has to do with HDR being on and not supported or something. Try to switch that on/off, I remember I had this issue in Hitman 2, my game looked exactly this washed and greyed out until I switched the setting.

@@ThegamesdenTV Yeah I kinda figured you solved it by now but wanted to say still if others have issue also. It took me a while to understand myself and why it would wash out colors if HDR is not present. I am sure my screen have HDR but for some reason I never get it working in game it's greyed out. Maybe I'm missing some setting in nvidia or the monitor itself, I don't know.
