in comparison to pretty much every other gacha game I've experienced in the past and given the shard system exists...? Yeah I'm ok with this. F2P is extremely feasible and even getting just the seasonal pass is enough for pretty much everything I'd like.
Yeh its gacha but it is not milking my wallet. Compare it to Genshin or even Arknights. Getting everything in Limbus is easy as a pie since you can grind the dungeons. Im fine with this project being PMs way to raise funds for their next banger.

@@dragonkidkai5330 you should try it since Limbus respects your time by quite a bit, in fact I want to grind more just to make more maxed out teams (unnecessary) but the game timegates you from burning yourself out. Oh and every character ID is obtainable

@@bgammax5842 LoR has great design and that was only due to 9/11, Limbus on a fundamental level has awful design. And the sad part is that it won't change due to the fact its a gacha. As well Lob corp also has good design and the ludonarrative is expertly crafted.
To be fair, I too would abandon "good game design" if it costed me near bankruptcy. Limbus made 7.3 MILLION $ and became top 10 seller on Steam worldwide. Pretty nice deal. Also, gacha aspect isn't even that bad (yellow box - my best friend). And yeah, we never had "good game design". From narrative standpoint Lob. corp. excellently portrays repetitive hell, but it is bad game design, which requires grinding for employee levels and EGO and we don't talk about day 49. LoR is much better, but it also has gacha (no keypage? Well, sucks to be you, repeat the fight) and repetitiveness with grinding (You lost to Xiao? Oh, looks like you are out of Liu and Lowell books, time to redo previous fight again). I love all three games by the way, but it is hard to find someone who has enough time, dedication and patience to complete them
@@Felipe45345 I wouldn't call Limbus' desing awful. It's not all around deck building, but about team building to get the most out of your characters in a fight. It's definetely easier than LoR in difficulty, but there is still a notable quality.
I had to skip the game entirely because of the gacha scheme. I cant and wont support it, I'll just play Lobotomy and Ruina more. Loot box 'culture' is a cancer in the gaming world.
I beat canto 1-5 with base sinners and only borrowing one support unit from my friend. It's completely feasible to enjoy this game without dropping money.

You can basically get 90% of ids guaranteed and finish most of the content in the game with just the base ones but aight you do you fam
