Really cool seeing you doing a reveiw, and putting a face to man that rips. Also badass seeing some of your failed attempts assuring us that you are actually human and fly like a boss. I really like the way that quad is build and the side plates protecting all the electronics, and the lights are sick AF! I think I enjoy watching your skills as a pilot more so than looking at a drone. 👍
Thanks! My main concern was whether this thing would hold up to some actual ripping so I was happy to get a few good crashes without any damage besides props.

I have this quad and I learned to freestyle on it. It was probably the best thing I could have had...It takes a ton of abuse and it gives you everything you need out of it
The flying here is what sells me on this - so many reviews spend 50min discussing the casing but this shows you what is up! Brilliant flights mate

Badass quad! Dude, you can rip anything! I'm blown away that you fly default rates and PIDs!! I fly default BF 4.2.9 PIDs with filtering from UAV Tech. now I'm proud to fly default like PDEVX. Also was cool to see crashes. Your an amazing pilot but it's nice to know you are human, and that hard work and dedication pays off.

PDEVX Great video I own a couple Nazguls and I love them. From camera protection weak with the plastic but only a few cameras dead. Iflight guts are good and reliable. for a bind and fly it is great.
Your video is actually first where I can see how much props are in video of Polar camera with X frame. Not much at all! I wasnt sure if I should go with DC or X, but now im sure X is the go! Thanks 😊

Thanks man! It's running props out so the stack protection is very welcome. Plus the lights in the panel are already green for when you coat the thing in grass.

Very nice review 👍. Even though the Polar has some latency, it's so fun to fly at night with almost daylight through the goggles. Man I need to get back up to OR it would be awesome to rip some packs with you. I really miss Hillsboro 🌲
Yeah I was surprised how quick I forgot about the 60fps, being able to see in low light again is so great. We definitely should rip if you ever make it back out here again.

My guess is it would change the behavior on flips but rolls would feel pretty similar.

Would you say the props in the frame are a big problem with the Frame? I mean more in the GoPros shots of course.
You'll get props in frame with this version but they make a deadcat configuration that will get them out of view.

How does the xing2 compare to the f40?
Do you notice any differens in smootness?
One of those will probably be my next motor for freestyle.
If someone else that have tried the motors I would appreciate the verdict.
It's hard to compare because these are 2207 and the F40 is 2306 which is my preferred size. I have a soft spot for the F40, they've been my favorite for years. But they're both high quality, I think you'd be happy with either one really.

Their gopro mounts are terrible, breaks at the base where the joint meets the bottom of the camera box. Other than that, looks sweet. I have a cidora, and that is good for a BNF.
I'm on the fence as I already have the DC5, but I'm liking this one for maybe some late winter evening flying. Should I spend the $$$?
More quads is always a good thing in my opinion. This one is good though, the components are all premium.

im analog pilot so the standard version would do fine for me...
I think the components are a little different on the analog version so I'd take a look at the specs.
I just pickup one of theses in the HD 4s version, what batteries do you suggest for this? it’s chewing my Pyrodrone 1300’s pretty fast

Damn u fly well, how long it take you before u could fly like that around all those trees doing low flips etc while going under shit backwards at same damn time . I could only imagine that flip over the wood only took like a quick +20 percent blip in throttle . Do most people use exponential on throttle roll pitch yaw to make it less sensative. I dont fly fpv yet so wondering. But have lot of shit coming and ill be learning. I have flown los in angle good enough, and planes and im use to off road rc racing . But yea ill learn on a simulator first with the acro mode .

The led props are from Gemfan, they have two different types called Starlight and Moonlight with a few different led colors.

Does anyone know about swapping the camera out? If i had a DJI camera from one of the Air Units, could i just plop it in and it will work?
Yeah anything that works with an air unit will work on the vista in here. It looks like the DJI cam will fit but you would only be able to use one of the mounting holes. Nebula or the other micro size cams will fit for sure.

Wetaminit... you can change the colors of the LEDs???
Yeah they're addressable, you can change them in Betaflight but the prints are green so the lights on the feet will be shining through green tpu. I like changing the side panels to something that compliments the green.
@@PDEVX Thanks. URUAV make landing skids in different colors so here's hoping iFlight do the same. I think the Nazgul v2 came in yellow while the OG was gray. Would you know if they have the 3D files in Thingiverse?

What I am really interested in is your vista antenna mount. The part I destroy most is the vista antenna and your tpu print looks like a very nice protection. The one that comes with the frame do not work for my flyingstyle. I crash all the time :)
