This guitarist left after this album. Their guitarist now is just no where near as good as this guy. The riffs and solos are just so much better on this album. IMO
They're called gutturals. Bands like Cephalotripsy, Extermination Dismemberment, Engorging the Autopsy, etc only do vocals like that and in my opinion do them much better. Check 'em out, especially Engorging the Autopsy.
