The thermal print head is failing on this Epson TM-T88V model M244A. I have tried cleaning it, with no success and reconnecting the terminal. Now it is time for the new print head.

Jamie- Glad to hear this was able to get you pointed in the right direction. Hope your receipts are printing out properly and not leaving blank lines, especially in the hundreds of dollars area. We would have guests that owe $135.00 tabs but it would print out $ 35.00. Talk about a heated exchange between customers and servers.
