@Umm Dai she’d be using less water with her method of washing her face. She pours a decent amount of water in the bowl just to dip the towel in once and rub her face with it. Well, morning/responsibilities are going to happen whether we like it or not! I don't like that stressed out feeling in the morning, wondering if you remembered everything, worried to be late. I can't think in the morning. That's why I try to get as much done as I can the night before. Otherwise, I'd never make it out the door!

When I read, I only read. Brushing your teeth and reading, what kind of multitasking is that. I don't mean to be rude but I'd rather read that book while going to school in complete peace, absorbing all that I read. Also while eating, I don't like to do anything else because that takes away the enjoyment from the food.

It only makes sense to experience the bus ride: to feel the sensations of the rumbling street through your skeleton and to listen to people yelling at one another from their cars. Concerning eating, enjoying the food is a mistake; it's a distraction from having awareness of the actions of your jaw muscles, salivary glands, epiglottis, etc. You are living your life the wrong way.
