I’m so on the fence btwn the Mac V2 or Mac V1 high speed. Being military and deployed. Need to make the right choice. Light weight or rugged. The reviews for Mac v2 are awesome

I wish I had some place to test these out fit wise. I've just started rucking and it's just around our farm so through corn and hay fields and it's uneven. Macv2 soles appeal the most but if these high speed fit different it would be nice to know that in person.
How good are the MACV-2 and the Hi-speeds for running, breathability, and drying?
Running, not recommended unless for short distances; Breathability and drying...with the drain holes they do pretty well.
Are they snake proof? Great outtakes!

Did you go with same size as the others? With them saying that they reduced the thickness makes me feel like I should go a half size down.
Hmm, I didn't consider that. I have the same size as the rest and haven't noticed much of a difference.
Do you get the same hotspots like you do in the macv1 and Macv 2?
