What's the difference between At and in?

At: used for precise time, AT 3pm, AT midnight. At is also used for specific locations, AT the airport, AT the door
In: used for Months, years, centuries and long periods, IN July, IN 2030, IN the past. In is also used to describe being in a large area, IN a room, IN a building,...
