Thanks for the video, nice idea. Might I suggest a possible improvement......If you drilled a small hole (or multiple holes to modulate the level of suction required) in the middle section of the plywood (or simply in the back piece) you could reduce the suction between the sander and the workpiece which should aid usability and increase the overall airflow? Just a thought.

Hello thanks for watching great point my vacuum is adjustable in power so can adjust suction. Other people may want to reduce suction though. When I pick up that bit of plywood in video was just trying to show that it worked thanks for the suggestion 👍

@@smallspacecreation5768 By adjusting the power of your vacuum you also reduce airflow, by drilling a hole in the side (middle section) or rear section (where the vacuum attaches) it reduces the suction effect on the workpiece making it far easier to sand without comprising the removal of dust, it also increases the airflow and accelerates the speed of extraction. Anyway, well done and thank you for the videos.
