Great video. I find that my grip limits my DB Walking Lunge, so I've taken to using straps and my 40-lb VForce weighted vest along with moderate dumbbells of about 30-pounds each for a total on legs of 100#. You're strong, Rueben, so maybe don't need straps or a vest.
