Kamada I agree, no matter the settings I just cannot get over that BF V looks like fort nite. Cartoony character design, too bright and airy. I want to like it but I just can’t. No matter how good the gunplay is, if it doesn’t feel raw and gritty the way BF1 does, it just seems like a letdown

It’s a completely different war. World War II was fought more strategically and it was also less bloody. The use of gas was not allowed which gets rid of the hazy feeling.
ManuelGaming lol 50 kills or more in match isn’t that impressive haha. I get that almost every match and still have the most captures on the team in Domination mode.
@@tomdrew8459 There's was dozens on servers when i played, hell sometimes you'd have to wait in queue of 7-8 people to join. It was on PC though and in Europe, could be different for you
@@rickopika6480 there's lots of ppl on 4, I can attest. Don't have 3 though but I know a lot do play it. V is populated bit it seems like everyone is miserable when I log on except the skilled plane pilots with all upgrades.
Battlefield 3 has pretty low player counts, theres only like 2 servers that are worth joining unless you want 24/7 metro servers. But its consistent at least

I still really don't like BF1, but it's leagues better than BF5. I didn't even bother buying BF5 after i tried the open beta. Just gonna wait for BF6 or whatever they decide to call it. Still waiting for another modern day BF, maybe finish the story from the end of BF4's campaign. I'm actually playing COD. I feel dirty and the gunplay is trash but it's still better than BF5.

I swear 75% of the times my teams lost an objective its because they haven't revived me or another guy that's down with me too, like I may have been no help anyway but if you have an opportunity then at least try and get me up because times when I've been helped up and we were able to take D within a minute. Fuck anyone who doesn't play their role in battlefield play as assault or support or if you're not even gonna chuck me some ammo or take out that tank just go play some CoD.

There's something about BF1 that makes it so amazing. I play this over all the other BFs. The mechanics, the sound, the fact that they give XP like there's no tomorrow. It's so much more enjoyable and satisfying
I just bought Battlefield 1 for PC. I'm kind-of a returning player, I played the most around the beginning of my freshman year. Now it's 2020 and I'm ending high school the same way I started it: playing Battlefield 1.
BF1 got me back into multiplayer shooters again after many years of abstinence and into your channel. It's an absolute pleasure to see you play it again, Jack!
This is such a great game. I can only hope the next bf captures the same feeling of just being there in the thick of a war. Bf5 has its moments but it can't compare.
I'm not much of a game player but my kids like to play and I absolutely fell in love with bf1 and 1943. We just started playing again and I'm glad these servers are still up and running! Great games; very enjoyable.
Gotta say Jack for the last 3 weeks I've been playing BF1, not touched BF5. BF1 far more satisfying to play, really fed up with the broken, under supported, and let down by dice when it comes to BF5. Been playing battlefied all the way from battlefield 1942! Keep up the great work buddy, your videos are fantastic, informative and entertaining! 👍
"Everything is different". Well Jack that's the feeling you get when you play an exceptionally well done and complete game when it's released. The exact opposite reaction you would have towards some garbage like BFV.
Its honestly sad that it is so hard to find a server in this game, cause it is an awesome game. I honestly like it more than bf V.. And its even harder to find a server on the dlc maps.
Lately I've been seeing alot of youtubers play bf1 again and I love it. I absolutely loved this game because WWI is my favorite period of history and the game itself is pretty good so it makes me genuinely happy to see this. I still have an extremely hard to finding any game that isn't ballroom blitz on Xbox though.
BFV should've had Behemoths. I find it hard to imagine a Battlefield game these days without something major like it. Bf4 had the levelution and I just don't think the V-1 compares to either of these. A big explosion with basically no impact on the map, pretty disappointing. Like the rest of the game really :/
I'd say one of the main reasons for BF1 looking better than BFV is the fact that BF1 had a lot more effects, smoke, and other sight-reducing things, which BFV removed for better visibility.
Love seeing you play BF1, Jack! I'd definitely tune in for more of this and more BF4. They're still amazing games and give me hope for a renaissance with BF6.
I've been waiting for this video for so long. Tho not my favorite video I really loved the looks, feel, sounds, and experience this game provided. So much fun and so well polished, not just for battlefield, but for any game. DICE did a great job
Redownloaded bf1 yesterday played operations we were losing pretty badly and we somehow succeeded defending the first sector while they were 2 attacks left, was a pretty close game.

I never stopped playing BF1. BFV was such a massive disappointment.

Its easy to find servers if you go to server browser, select slots and put 0-5 5-10 and youll find many full servers

xbox only has about 5 servers across all regions that are somewhat active so the bf1 is basically dead on xbox

When the main theme starts and you swarm through Rotterdam or Devastation those moments make me feel like I'm part of what's happening on the screen
