I have a very old Symphony Kaizen cooler, which has this kind of pump. Its shaft is rotating but water isn't thrown out. How can i repair this issue? The shaft is inside a long pipe, at the bottom there is a fan covered by a net. The fan's needle is rusted and became thin now.

saamne jo water level indicator diya hai kya pani sach mein utne upar level tak jata hai ? utna upar pani bharega to side se overflow hone lagega na ?
Wahan tak nahi jayega paani niche rehta hai aur floating ball uske upper taitra hai aur up down ho ke water level btata hai
