అలాగే, స్వాతి తిరునాళ్ రచించిన ‘సానంతం’ రాగమాలికలో నాలుగే రాగాలుంటాయి. ఇందులో కూడా రాగాల పేర్లు సాహిత్యంలో కనిపిస్తాయి. అలాగే శ్యామశాస్త్రి ‘అంబా నిను నెరనమ్మితి’ అనే రాగమాలికని ఎనిమిది రాగాలతో రచించాడు. పధ్నాలుగు రాగాలతో చతుర్దశ రాగమాలికని ముత్తుస్వామి దీక్షితార్ రచించాడు. ఇలాగే పక్షమాలికలూ, 72 మేళకర్త రాగమాలికలూ ఇలా పలు రకాలు రచింపబడ్డాయి. త్యాగరాజు కూడా నూరు రాగాలతో ‘శతరాగ రత్నమాలిక’ అనేది రచించాడనీ చెబుతారు. కానీ ఇది ఎవరికీ లభ్యం కాకపోయినా ఈ రచన ఆధారంగానే ‘రాగ రత్న మాలికచే’ అనే కృతి రాసాడని అంటారు.
