I just want u yo know that Linda, at White House of Music, in Waukesha . Wi.was the most helpful lady & took personal interest in my desire to get a Clavinova for my own use! I am so thrilled, at age 86, to have it here in our senior living center..I have been playing piano since age 8, organ since college graduation in ‘56, and accompanied many musicals for h.s., community theater over the years..the Yamaha is the greatest sounding instrument I have encountered thus far! I love it & all it can provide in sound, etc!Thank you for making such a phenomenal Instrument!
Since young I played: Electone D85 Electone FS70 Electone HS8 And I hv owned: PSR340, PSR740, MOX6 Now I hv: MODX7, P120 digital piano, P-121 digital piano, PSR423, HS5 speakers, MSP 3 speakers, MS101iii speakers, LSX70 Bluetooth speaker. And I love every bit of Yamaha products.
I can't believe (but it's true) that Yamaha just wiped out the old discontinued products section in their website. It was the best and most complete of all brands, a true reference guide for products that even those days are preference of many. Sad and regrettable decision, the website lost a great differential.
I begin whith Harmonium Organ in my child time! Later a play Piano! And 1977 i play on Yamaha B-45 Electone Organ. In 1986 May 5 i have Yamaha FS-30 Electone. And when i Washington 50 year old in 2018 i have now Yamaha Genos Workstation. I Love Yamaha! 👋😁👍❤🍀🎵🎹

Everything Yamaha makes is the best. Loved off-roading and use to own a Can-Am. I only had one problem: clutch blew out many times. Made the switch to a Yamaha, never blew a clutch, belt, diff, crank, cam, nothing in 3 years of owning. And I don’t gently use one.

I am a Yamaha lover.... even though I'm not a good musician, but I love to play Yamaha keyboards. I feel more confident playing Yamaha keyboards than the others like Roland, Korg, Kawaii, etc. I can play very well with a low version of Yamaha, while with higher version of other keyboards, I can't be as good as with Yamaha. I am 65 yo and remember Yamaha in the 60's as makers of motorcycles and pianos, later in the early 70's a lot of folk singers had Yamaha acoustic guitars. I got my first Acoustic FG 300 red label Nippon Gakki and it sounded better than any guitar I ever played. I know Gibson, Gretch. Martin and Taylor are all great sounding. But I could not afford them back in the day. The deep bass and mid tones of Yamaha acoustics sound so good. I recently bought another FG-300. The electrics are good quality also.
I will always remember that the drums that I used on my first participation on a music festival was playing on a Yamaha Drums. Just one song, but, it was enough to impress me so deep with a surrounding and powerful sound ... Such a nice experience !
I have the Yamaha MW 12C mixer unit and mine crapped out with extremely little use on it and it was in new/mint condition although past warranty. Mine has never been outside my home. I bought it new and have only plugged in a drum machine, midi keyboard, CD player and a stereo jack for my iPhone if I want to play along with youtube music vids. Here is how it has failed for no reason whatsoever. The sliders have no control at all. The "ON" buttons that light up have no control at all either. Somehow something packed it in, in the circuitry I guess and anything that is now plugged into it is either on or off depending whether or not the PFL button is pushed in or not. The sliders and ON button give no control at all therefore all connected items rely strictly on their incoming volume and the only way I can control volume is with the MONITOR turn knob. I can have all the "ON" buttons off and all the sliders off at the bottom but it doesn't turn anything off. In other words, the mixer isn't mixing volumes at all. I can basically run one sound item through and control it's volume to my monitor speakers with the Monitor volume knob. I suppose the only way to run more than one thing would be to control every items volume as it goes into the mixer just to hear them all through the monitor speakers but each item's volume would have to individually adjusted at the source rather than inside the mixer. I don't know if I can get it fixed yet or if it's just better to buy a new one. Pisses me off .If anyone has advice as to why everything has bypassed the internal functions of the mixer, please leave a comment.

motors and piano have one thing in common, no not the pedals, thats too obvious. the sound is music to ones ears, one hear a great engineering peformance, one hears the elegant vibrato closing his eyes.
i have a question for yamaha, will the company make vehicles, such as cars, trucks and suvs, in the future? i would like to know, since the company have been successful in both industries instruments and motorcycles, i would like to see vehicles from yamaha, if ever in the future.

When I buy something from Yamaha, I know I'm getting a quality item and I know I'm not paying too much for it. There are other companies that make quality things. And there are other companies that will give you a good price but only Yamaha can do both. And no, I don't work for Yamaha but if they wanted me to, that would be awesome.

I ordered an RS820CR from Amazon - It came straight from Yamaha. Not only did it have a binding defect but seemed as if it was never setup. Absolutely no quality control. The Tonepros bridge was set so high that there was almost a 1/4 inch space at the 12th fret. The neck pickup was decked and the bridge pickup too high. Once I got it set up I couldn't get any treble out of it. After 2 hrs of frustration it went back in the box and straight to UPS for return.
I WANT YAMAHA'S NEXT RANGE OF ANALOG MIXERS TO HAVE A BUILT IN BLUETOOTH AND SD CARD USB RECORDER FACILITY LIKE THE PRESONUS ARC 8C /12 RANGE. MAKE THEM NOW PLEASE YAMAHA ARE YOU LISTENING!!! HURRY ,HURRY,HURRY!
