Maximus 5.12a at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch in Arkansas is an overhanging jug-fest with nary a bad hold the entire way up. It earns the grade with the sports-action throw at the lip of the roof to a blind hold I wish I knew was there on my onsight burn and then some big committing moves until you're finally out of the woods and free to traverse over to the chains. Shocking how this climb is basically the twin sibling to Starry [ • Starry 5.12a : last-mo... ] in the New River Gorge.
